I was looking into purchasing a new system but I do not have the time to build it, knock on wood...business is good and I'm busy. :)

Anyway, I can have the system built locally, but it is going to be about $400 more than if I buy it on MWAVE, that includes shipping.

I saw that MWAVE has an "ASSEMBLY & TESTING" option for $79.99, has anyone ever used it? LINK

What do you think?

Thanks!

Mitch

$80 does not seem to be excessive IMO. I usually charge $50 to put a machine together and a little more to install the OS. Mwave has a good reputation, so if you don't have the time yourself go fot it.

Ask them to leave the heatsink off and you can install it when it comes. The weight of the heatsink on top the cpu with all the shaking during shipping can't be good.
