I recently switched out my 4gb card for a 512 mb compact flash card and was wondering if having 468 mb available of memory was ok? 🙂

All depends on whether you have files on the card taking up the other 44 megs.

On another note, if you have a 4GB flash card, then yes, having only 468 on the other card is ok. 😀 😀

yes thats correct, all my 512 CF cards are actually like 490
