Mutiple monitor problems

Hi all,

I have three monitors. Two are on the desk, side by side, with a third one on top of the secoind monitor, like a backwards "L" shape.

I want to be able to move the mouse over to the right to move into the right monitor, and then up to move to the upper one. Every time I set this configuration in windows' display properties, and hit apply, it just goes back to the same setting...the monitor on top is set to be on the right, so i have three in a row, and i basically have to move my mouse to the right for it to go "up" to my third monitor, which is annoying.

How do i fix this? When i move the monitor in the display settings so it shows up on top of the other one, it immediately locks into position, so i'm assuming that's a valid configuration, but when i click apply, it keeps reverting. Ideas?

Thanks,

Dave.
