latelly it started to give me errors like "buffer overun" and stuff, it does not write on the cd basically, I have no idea what's the problem, the software easy cd creator 4.04 says to check the data cable, they are fine, I tried to upgrade the firmware on the cdrw itself and tried also to upgrade the easy cd creator , still the same errors right before it goes to write the data into the cd's, tried diferent brands cd's also, no luck, any ideas please??

buffer_underrun errors occur when you can't supply your burner with data fast enough..

try making sure theat your burning program is the only thing running... (control-alt-delete and have only explorer, systray and ezcd running) also, dont do anything on your comptuer while your CD is burning...


if that doesn't work, defrag your system.
and if that still doesnt' work, burn at a slower speed.
