That's weird, I came in here to say that mustard tastes a bit better but I prefer tomato sauce because it's so much more versatile.

I prefer Ranch, Franks, BBQ, Vinegar, Horseradish... in that order.

Try Dill dip. Better than any of those, but you have to find the right kind or its terrible. Glass bottle if I recall.

Catsup on sausage? THATS DISGUSTING.

Sausage + Maple syrup = Delicious snack.

if were talking yellow mustard, then i prefer ketchup.

if you mean any mustard, than mustard. i dont use ketchup for many things but brown mustards are great with all sorts of stuff. i abhor yellow mustard, however. awful shit.

You've never dunked breakfast (or even regular) sausage in ketchup? :Q And the maple syrup is a given, usually already applied on the sausage. It's awesome.

I'm hungry for sausage now, despite the fact I already ate a baconator.

and not even breakfast sausage! i hate when I see someone drown a good bratwurst or polish sausage in ketchup :( even a damn hotdog

don't even get me started with potato salad or soft pretzels. Mustard is a requirement for lots of things but ketchup is simply optional for most applications. In fact the ONLY 2 things I think ketchup enhances are fried potatoes and meatloaf (and only warm meatloaf, mustard on cold meatloaf sammiches = win)

Ketchup is more useful IMO. Not just hot dogs, hamburgers and fries but also meatloaf, Asian omelette rice, hash browns and scrambled eggs.

There are only 3 acceptable toppings for hotdogs and ketchup is not one of them

They are Mustard, onions and chili

And ketchup based meatloaf is a log of poop compared to one made with a mushroom gravy

Mustard. At least, the good stuff. Not good for you, not bad for you. Perfect with tuna.

Glad to see mustard gaining ground, I was starting to weep for society.

If you are looking to expand your mustards check out this place
Mustard Museum

I go there when I visit my sister in Wisconsin. It is awesome. They have hundreds of mustards and you can try whatever flavor you like with dipping pretzels.

If you were to go in and buy the 2008: A MUSTARD ODYSSEY - Gold Medal Winners, under gift baskets and boxes, it is a good variety of different mustards.

Though in terms of individual this is my favorite. I could eat this straight from the bottle.
