That's actually a tasteful body package and I'd definitely get it over the standard, so long as there wasn't a substantial price increase.

Much better than the previous tacked on hood scoops

Who gives a damn? Even if you despise the state, it doesn't say California anywhere on the car and it's not like Arnold is getting a portion of the sales.
 
When I think "California Special" I think of a neutered emissions regulated car that has 25 HP and emits hippies out of the exhaust.
