Well, I thought they dropped that and ramping up Sledgehammer (Server) & Clawhammer (Desktop) both 64 bit chips...

Intel isn't ramping up their P3 Xenon either so why make a product to compete with a product that won't exist in a few weeks...

that article is pretty dumb, because it goes on raw megahertz . It says something like palomino will be at 1.5 ghz when p4 will be at 2 ghz. Maybe AMD should go back to the pr rating. They can rate the 1.5 ghz at like pentium 4 2.4 ghz equivalent. Or you can have the p4 as Pentium 4 1.5 ghz AR (Athlon rating) 1 ghz.
