What I'm talking about is something that I believe is obvious. If it is obvious to the mods who have been watching the forum, then I won't need to point it out. If it's not obvious, then it's just me and I have no desire to drag someone through the mud because of a bad perception on my part.

I'm sorry, it wasn't obvious to me. I got kinda confused when you said 2nd page because my second page starts after 100 posts in a thread, and when I saw Marshallj's post count I didn't think you were talking about him. After I read through the thread a little more I understand your post.

True, but a lot of "entertaining" trolls have been banned who were less troll-like than he is.

Personally, I'm mostly suspiscious about his past nickname. Usually the only reason that someone comes back under a new nick is because their previous one was banned.

Zenmervolt, is there anyone, anyone, with constructive reasoning who does not fall under your categorisation of "troll"? Why do you appoint yourself to this position/title of branding members? And why do you have trouble engaging in an intellectual discussion without resorting to name calling or branding?

If you're going to bring such disturbing charges against a fellow member, then at least state your reasoning and case against the individual in question with citations to support your claim. It seems to me that your posts have only supported the conclusion that one's posts are only subjective and can be construed anyway you wish to believe it. As the Benz ad says: "Perception is not always reality." 😉

Lastly, are you a self-appointed moderator? Why not leave it to the power entrusted in moderators to take care of the matter as they deem fit? Is that asking too much of you? Or is this due to boredom? :/
