PocketTouch - Control your music playback by touching anywhere on the screen. A great example of why the iPhone/Touch doesn't really need physical buttons. Find it easier to control then a PMP with buttons. I love being able to switch tracks or change the volume without looking while it's in my pocket. I was late to the party discovering this app, and I can't see how I ever lived without it.
hClipboard - Cut+Paste comes to the iPhone!! Awesome app, brings one of the biggest features so many people crap on the iPhone for not having. being able to store up to 10 of your cuts is very sweet.
Intelliscreen - I don't know why this app hasn't gotten more attention. Apple won't allow it in the store because it messes with the lock screen (what I read) worth it's weight in gold though. Reminds me of my Moto Q home screen, without the lame Windows Mobile
LogoMe - Change your boot logo, not really useful or needed I suppose. But still a cool app, in my quest to customize every single detail on my computer or phone/pmp I like this one. Doesn't require any flashin or anything, so it's safe and easy.
Winterboard - I've spoken to a few people who have jailbroke their iPhone and don't know about this. I thought everyone one. I especially love the Vivid theme for it.
5 icon dock - Lets you add a 5th icon to your bottom dock, actually very useful.
Mxtube - Allows you to save Youtube videos, results will be mixed depending on the quality of the original video. Very cool little app though.
Dructionary - a database of different drinks and how to make them. also has a list of drinking games.
Clippy - another Copy+Paste app, have both it and hClipboard installed. Each offers a different way to achieve the same thing, I like both of them.
SBSettings - put stuff you can access in a nice lil popup menu. I use to it shut down my Touch quick. Can have it do a buncha stuff, useful and simplistic.
Thought this might be helpful for anyone who hasn't really dove into jailbroken apps, I've tried just about every one I could find that sounded like it might do anything I need or would be cool. Anyone have apps to add? I'm sure I've missed some as there are a lot of damn apps on Cydia.
