Must have IPhone apps?

The best apps do change over time though Motionman. I know it doesn't excuse reposting of a thread topic, but new apps continuously are released that replace old, cool apps.

I agree, but I don't think we need at least 7 threads (I know of at least 2 others not listed) on the same subject.

Shall we deem this thread worthy of being the official iPhone app thread? Now we just need the official iPad app thread 😀

That works for me...I'd rather have a centralized location to check on recommendations. With over half a million apps now, there's always SOMETHING cool out there.

My latest cool app is SloPro - it shoots true 60 FPS @ 720p on the iPhone 4S and has slow-motion ramping built-in. For $1.99 you can export a slow-motion video as well as the 60 FPS raw file, although a free version with watermarking is also available. Especially awesome if you like doing video editing and use stuff like Twixtor or After Effects and want to do awesome slow-motion with your iPhone:

Also Jetpack Joyride is my latest addicting game (from the guys who made Fruit Ninja):

If you want an MMO on your iphone like WOW get Order and Chaos. Excellent game! $6.99 then 99 cents a month but you get your first 3 months free with the purchase. I can't say enough about this game.

My top 5 recommendations are...

1. Facebook
2. Twitter
3. Temple Run
4. <looks like a spam attempt>
5. Flashlight

Facebook and Twitter are of course social media apps. Temple Run is an awesome game.<spam?> keeps my sensitive apps locked down. And Flashlight is super handy when you need to light your way in the darkness. 🙂

Spam removed.
