It's better than not having a job and being able to post on message boards.
 
As long as it doesn't interfere with my work then nope, not a problem. And since I have half a brain, I don't let it interfere with work.
 
Yes, it is nice.
I got complained at about it once by a manager who was out to get me. He got fired for taking ridiculously excessive amounts of time off.
 
Websense has all websites that aren't company issue ones blocked for me 😛. Only about 6 websites aren't blocked.
