You can put it elsewhere with a little help from a saw.
If your modem/computer works after that. I'll buy you a beer ;)

Hhhhhmmmmm, who knows? Must a Dodge Viper engine, be in a Dodge Viper? NO, you can _try_ to put this engine in to a small Mitsubishi Colt. Maybe it works. You can _try_ to put the Modem on the PCI slot, but I can tell you know, it won't fit somewhere else

Yes and a tip to enhance performance: Just make sure to rub some steel wool over the slot before plugging it in. ;)

Don't do that !

Yes you use a motherboard slot.

The ISA cards go into ISA slots (Black Slots)

And PCI cards go into pci slots (White slots)

Ang AGP cards go into AGP Slots (Brown slots).

:) see how easy it is?

They are all colour coded for you.;)

you can connect it to your dishwasher, if you have the proper adaptor (they are hard to find).

I'd explain neffing to you in PM or via e-mail but I can't PM and your profile is not visible. So you are going without knowing.
BTW I'm pretty sure you wouldn't stop if you knew.
