Just a completely sad story. My blood boils at the thought of the fact that this monster who killed her is actually illegally present here. The cops are calling it road rage, but I wonder if there's more.. there's no evidence for a hate crime, but who knows, maybe the ethnicity and the dress made the rage a lot worse?

Does Virginia have the death penalty, and is it applicable to someone here illegally?
