The audio from the courtroom is in the link I posted. The Judge clearly states he's a Muslim.

He says he's a Muslim, he writes he's a Lutheran. He's a liar, that much I do know. His faith is still in question.

On a side note, why does the extreme left have disdain and contempt for every organized religion - except the Muslim faith?

I would not have thrown the case out. People have a right to express their freedom of Speech. The real problem is Muslims believe you can kill anyone who goes against your religion. This religion of Murder has to stop!

Not really on topic, but every time I read the judge's remarks this stands out as odd (nice word for "BS"):

I DO have a Quran on the bookcase BESIDE my bench, and am trying to acquire a Torah, Book of Mormon, Book of Confucius and any other artifacts which those with a faith might respect).

Go online. You can get any of these books easily and inexpensively and FedEx etc will deliver it to you in a few days. Heck, the Mormons will give you one of their bibles for free, all you gotta do is ask.

The police did not say the defendant attacked the alleged victim.
