Ok, I have 2x512MB of Muskin PC 3200 Level II BH-5.
But the ram won't overclock for "/$%?&*( ... Previously with my 2x512mb of OCZ PC 3200Rev2 I managed to hit 230FSB @ 2.5-3-3-6, 2.8V stable on my Athlon64 3200+, AsusK8V, Asus ATI 9800XT...

The default timing on my Muskin are 2-2-2-6. I Slacked them to 2.5-3-3-6, 2.8v and tried 220FSB... The computer start-up but at the Windows Log-in screen it shutdown. So I tried 2.5-3-3-11, Same result. I also tried with 1 stick of it. Same problem. The max I can get out of it is 210fsb 2-2-2-6 @ 2.8v

I think it's because the muskin need more voltage. but 2.8v is the highest setting in the bios....
What do you guys think?

Thanks

You'll get a better response in the "CPU's and Overclocking" forum.

BH-5 will give you the best overclocking results but your suspicion is right, it needs lots of juice. 2.8v is just the tip of the iceberg I'm afraid. A few people I know run their's over 250MHz with 2-2-2-5 ratings and 3.1 or 3.2v. Time for a VDimm mod 🙂

Check the Mushkin forums for motherboard compatibility issues. This is a common problem with failure to o/c memory.
