wow i havn't heard of the BH-6 just CH-5 and BH-5
but it looks about the same deal as my pc3500 level II
the mushkind site says the BH-6 chips don't overclock as much as the BH-5 chips with low latencies
since many people can get BH-5 modules to about 230 2-2-2-5 and most CH-5 chips are lower then i would think the BH-6 is similar to the CH-5

i would think you could get atleast 210 out of the memory with 2-2-2-6 or something
but it's hard to say unless someone try's it

also they have pc4000 but i wouldn't expect much overclocking headroom on it or near as low of timings as their pc3200 and pc3500

Yup, that voltage will kill them,as to the pc4000, they will do ddr400 at 2236, and of course will get you much further with them, and better timings than the BH-6 or the PC3500 Level2. I have both.

my BH-5 sticks usually run at around 2.78v
any higher yeilds no difference in oc potential
i even tryed all the way up to 3.2 and it would fail memtest86+ within a few seconds at 230mhz 2-2-2-6 (and all other timings)

i also have a stick of corsair pc3200 with CH-5 chips on it
but i think the memory is defective, as i can't boot my system with it
all i get is a beep, even after clearing the bios
i even tryed booting up with things set to 133mhz, low timings, high voltage and it wouldn't post

i personally like the new hynix chips better now just cause they are hitting such high frequencies (like most pc44000 modules have) but i do wish they would handle atleast 2-3-3-6 timings at their max speed
