1)legal. Why not.
2) Has pretty much every band I like. Quite a few that itunes does not. (radiohead for instance)
3) Ipod is nice but out of hte question. TOO MUCH $$.
4) Rio Nitrus looks very Nice as does the Muvo 2
5) Appearantly they use wma.....it just MIGHT work with my Minidisc player..yeah right:(
6)same price

Since i did BUY the 20 or so tracks from Apple, I think I have the right to burn and then rip them to wma, ogg or some other fine foramt:)

I agree, the Nitrus is ugly, but:

1)it is cheap ($160)
2)and it holds a nice amount of space (1.5GB)


I would love to get something hte likes of muvo2, an iriver, or even a Rio karma, but I just don't have the money right now.

Books for next term are going to be killer too. KILLER:disgust:
