did music genres get mixed around or what? during lunch i heard a radio commercial that was advertising the "best new fvcking hard rock band." they kept using the word fvcking (bleeped though) and when they played clips from the songs, it was like crappy emo junk...

since when is that hard rock?

Rock as a musical genre has been dead for some time now. What the industry considers "rock" these days IS emo crap.

Suggestion: Get ipod, download from allofmp3.com, and forget listening to the radio at all.

i only listen to the radio when i'm in my car and even then most of the time i have a cd.
i have a creative zen jukebox xtra thinger but rarely use it.

People have been asking the same question, "do you call this crap mucic?", about new music or music they do not like for the last 3000 years.
