I'm looking for the title of the background music in Athena Cage's "All or Nothing."

Anybody know what it is?

It also plays in Vitamin C's "Graduation" at around 3:10 through the song.

Is that Cannon in D also? It doesn't sound like it to me.

Let me listen to it more carefully. It sounded to me like it was Cannon in D throughout the song except for that little part there (at 3:10).
