My pre New Year's Resolution will be involving joining Helga's House of Pain (previously known as Bally's). I need some ideas for some good, pumpin' tunes to keep me going for those two hour workouts. ;)

So far, I've got . . .

Hocus Pocus - Gary Hoey
Brute - KMFDM
Rollin' - Limp Bizkit
Joe Satriani - Summer Song, Dancing with the Alien, Flying in a Blue Dream
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
Jock Jams - Let's Get Ready to Rumble

I thought you meant "Shaggin" music when you said "Schwetty" :)

I'm going to get schwetty so I can get more shaggin.

They are related, hehe.

No, I figure about an hour on the elliptical machine, followed by an hour on the Nordic track, as well as weights - alternating between upper and lower body on opposite days - should eliminate any need for forearm and wrist exercise. ;)

Good call, cheesy but good.

How about the Jock Jams version of "Get Ready To Rumble"?

Windogg, I thought the same thing.

How about that song from Rocky?

Do a search for my thread about making a mix (search for "mix" in off topic and the thread was started by me) and DefRef put together a pretty good "adrenaline mix" that you could probably take some songs from for yourself.

Hell, do both. Someone said said Jock Jams

Then toss in Tootsie Roll by the 69 Boys, Smack My Bitch Up by The Prodigy, and Rockafella Skank by Fatboy Slim.

End your workout with something like "We Are The Champions"

Um...you might want to take those last two off...unless you like getting strange looks.

I've got a good version of Smack my Kenny Up. It's a South Park version of the song. Anything by Prodigy will do.
