music match file

how do i play my music match file on winamp? for that matter can i burn this on cd-r using nero and play the file on my pioneer mp3 player in the car?

there is no such thing as a musicmatch file.

open up winamp and select it. check the extension. its probably .mp3 or .wma

yes you can burn it. make sure u select audio and not data cd.

actually, my pionieer in-dash mp3 player plays mp3 format. I would therefore need to burn it using data cd format.

whenever i try to play the file in winamp, a ie window opens telling me that the file is copyrighted and that inorder to play the file I would need to log on musicmatch jukebox. It seems musicmatch jukebox is the only means to play the file.

yes but i pay .99 cents per mp3 at musicmatch. oh btw i saw upon burning my mp3 compilation on cd-r in mp3 format for my pioneer mp3 headunit in the car, that the musicmatch file is in wma format. lucky for me my pioneer headunit supports wma. I thought winamp did too? well there's no way around it, on the pc the only way to play the wma file from musicmatch is to play it on the musicmatch jukebox.
