Putting the Ip in Peer Guardian has resulted in 1400 blocks in the last 15 minutes..

It's an RIAA tracking site. They load a trojan in MP3's and when you download it the program sends the RIAA all the info about the illegal MP3's you have downloaded. You better reformat your drive before they send you a summons!
