How do companies handle music on their phone systems? Like when you're on hold and there's music playing. Can you just use any MP3, commercial or otherwise, that you want - aren't there restrictions on use? I think my current company just uses the radio from an old 8-track deck. I'm curious as to what the laws and restrictions on that are.
