My friend is in a band called Monkey Jacket (http://www.monkey-jacket.com/) (http://www.purevolume.com/monkeyjacket) (http://www.mypace.com/monkeyjacket). They have their demo copyrighted. Now their is this band called Saturday Morning Cartoons (http://www.myspace.com/smcrock) that has completely copied their band. They sell the Monkey Jacket CD as their own, made t-shirts with MJ lyrics, and play their songs live (w/o permission). They've been repeatedly asked to remove the songs from their website and to stop selling the CDs as their own. What can the band do in this situation?
