mushkin vs micron/crucial plus water cooling

is there any significant difference between mushkin rev 3 and crucial cas2? if so, where would i perceive it when overclocking?
Second question: where can i find a decent water-cooling kit not to expensive?
 
Well Mushkin is said to go faster, but Crucial is too. Kinda depends if you want to pay for the extra overclockability of mushkin. Read a few reviews that compare mushkin rev2 and Crucial.

I would say you are better off making your water kit yourself rather than buying a premade kit, but it's up to you.
