I sent back a faulty xp4000 2gb kit. They don't make them anymore and are going to send me the awesomer redline kit I originally wanted!

This is the first time I had a great support experience.
Customer support is definitely going to play a factor in all my future purchases.

Go mushkin!

If they're listed on resellerratings.com, be sure to leave them a nice note there too :)

I've had mixed results with them recently ... when my Redline XP2 DIMM's failed awhile back, the only way I was able to get an RMA # was to post a complaint on their forums, also they still owe me a credit of approx $77 & again I have had no luck contacting them.

I miss the old pre-Ramtron Mushkin. :(

My PSU is made by Mushkin, it's worked real well so far, solid as anything. I hope I never have to take advantage of the warranty, but nice knowing it's worth something.

Seems like we have had night and day experience with them.

What I did was start a service ticket on their website. After I did that, a real person emailed me the next day and asked some follow-up questions. Got the RMA soon after and then sent them my sticks.

I have had no problem getting a reply within one day of replying to their original email they sent. Whoever is on the other end is making me feel good about Mushkin.

Then again, I still have to get the modules and test them to see if all is good. Can't wait to crank those suckers way past spec when I get them.
