Mushkin sticks: Siemens Infineon or "High Performance" REV.1.5?

In the description page for the Siemens Infineon 128Meg, it says that it is stable in the 256Meg configuration, but does not mention CAS timing in the 256Meg configuration. In the "High Performance" REV.1.5 128Meg description, it says that it is stable in the 256Meg configuration only at CAS3. There's only a dollar difference, but I'm going to be running it with a Crucial CAS2 PC133 stick, so I need the one that will run CAS2 along side the Crucial stick at CAS2. Anyone have any idea which one is better?

We use Infinion 128meg sticks exclusivly. They run cas2 just fine.
No idea on the 256meg modules
