the best support i can get is from the online forums at mushkin.com i sent in the ram 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive ANY kind of response.
has anybody else gone through this rma process? i sent my ticket number to the online helpers and everything...no help. i'm really pissed that i haven't been able to use my computer.
(and i didn't do the 20 dollar step up from my evga 7800gt to 7900gt because it would've taken time away from the computer that i paid for...)
