Got a couple sticks of the 512 meg 222 special
One was bad tested bad with memtest and destroyed both my linux and windows. Have since recovered Windows but not linux yet.

Any way just got off the phone with mushkin and they gave me no fuss at all with RMA but how long does it take to rma them and has anybody ever had to rma Mushkin ram before?

I got some refurb Mushkin ram off newegg, and since I liked the price, I just called Mushkin. They gave me an RMA number and I shipped it off. I just sent it 2 days ago, so I can;t tell you the turnaround, but so far I'm impressed.

I RMA'd an approx. 2-year old stick of 512MB PC2100 just a couple weeks ago. The replacement arrived at my home about 1 week after I sent out the old stick. Nice turn-around, especially considering that the stick only cost me about $57 🙂. Bought it when RAM was dirt cheap.

I'm happy to report that I've only bought Mushkin RAM the past 3 years, and I've never had a problem with any of it 😀. Doubtful I'd buy from anyone else in the future.

Good luck with your RMA, I'd say they are easy to deal with, as quality is what they're known for.

Oops forgot I posted this.......... 😱
Anyway on Monday this week I called them and got an RMA with no problems and sent it out. Got a e-mail from them on Friday that it was received and I should have a replacement sent out by the 28th They must be busy. If you read the Mushkin forums you will see that people are having trouble with this ram. The New BH-6 222 special.

I just got my email that says out by the 28th. Mushkin PC3500 level1. I will try to find this thread and update when I actually get my memory.
