Mushkin pc3500 991030?

Does anyone know where to get some info on this 512mb stick? I looked it up on mushkins site but it's no longer showing. I'm looking to find the cas etc. The sticker on the copper heatsink says mushkin enhanced pc3500 991030. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's your answer, from this post at the Mushkin forums:

That was our original PC3500 which was guaranteed for CA.2.5-4-4 at 433MHz. They used the same chips as our current PC3500 Level2.

So that means the "991030" memory is built with the out of production Winbond BH-5 chips. But it's only guaranteed by Mushkin to run at 2.5-4-4. I can't imagine that it wouldn't run at least 2-3-3 at 433MHz though.

there are some mushkin pc4000 chips on sale at newegg.com
i think it is like $120 or $140 bucks for a 512mb stick

Thanks for the responses guys. RalfHutter
that link was perfect. Exact same scenerio as me. I bought the stick over the weekend for $109.00. Mine also has that "warped" heatsink ends. Right now it's running stable 11 3 3 2.5 440mhz. I'm now wondering if i should go pick up another stick if this is a good deal before they run out?
