Everybody is out of BH-5, if you find some, get it, because Mushkin, Corsair, Kingston, and OCZ are all out of BH-5 chips.

It is BH-5 but Mushkin does not have it any more, the last time I checked. Only the leftovers on places like newegg.

is BH-5 the only one able to do 2-2-2-6 timings on a PC3200 LL?

what about the current corsair ver1.2 which has a 2-3-2-6 timings? is that BH-5 or something else?

whats the difference between level 1 and level 2 ram?

Are they both bh-5 chips, just slightly different cas/ras latencies?

last question.. this is labelled 2-2-2 but neither newegg nor mushkin know if its bh5 or ch5.

Ramery

Any way of knowing?

If its Bh-5,I'd rather get it than the kingston hyperx at zipzoomfly

Hell it's hard to remove those heatspreaders off the corsair! is it possible to check what chips are under only by lookig at the version and the numbers printed on the hologram? (XMS3205 v1.2 0403006 2326)

yeah if you tear the heatspreaders off the mushkin mem (like i did) you lose your lifetime warranty
and it is almost impossible to get them off without bending them outta shape or even damaging the memory
so be carefull

Level I uses CH-5 chips.

Level II uses BH-5 chips.

hardcore cooling has some memory rated 2-2-2 2.5 volts @ 200 mhz. When I emailed them they said they are OEM chips but not Bh-5 chips.

I have no idea what OEM is, but I, too, thought those timings and voltage were specific to bh-5 memory only.
