DDR-2700 running at 2-2-2 is faster than 3200 at 2.5-4-4 I think. Anybody know differently?

But how much is 2-2-2 PC2700??? I'm sure that this DDR400 could do 2-2-2 @ 166MHz. And it can probably overclock a little at DD400 speeds
