According to OCZjohn Samsung doesn't make 1 GB modules of TCCD. I have a 2GB OCZ PC3200 Platinum kit with 2-3-2-5 timmings which probably uses the same chips as that patriot stuff has. The OCZ sticks have Infinion memory chips. Its not bad stuff but mine sure as heck don't OC that great.

No, because then (with an AMD processor) you're stuck at 2T command rates, when 1T is optimal.
