Mushkin 128mb High Performance PC133 Rev3

I just got today -2- Mushkin 128mb High Performance PC133 Rev3 to REPLACE 1 SORRY.. 256mb PC133 GENERIC SDRAM. I'll never buy GENERIC again. I took the advice of many here to get Mushkin 128mb High Performance PC133 Rev3.
Here were I need help:
I have a Abit KT7A-RAID motherboard and can not figure out where to change the BIOS settings for this memory. I have seen some post about 2-2-2 in this forum, but I could not figure out where to make this settings change in the BIOS. Could someone PLEASE help me and tell me what and where to change settings in the BIOS to get the most out this memory.

Set the mem timings to TURBO and the CAS latency to 2, thatll result in 2-2-2.
