Muscle Milk, anybody use it?

I bought a jug today of the strawberry flavor and just had a glass made with milk. wow this is the best tasting whey drink i have ever had! it tasted just like a strawberry shake, no chalky taste or lumps.

if you have used it, when did you take it? Im thinking of only drinking it at bedtime. And what gains did you experience over what period of time?

it's tasty but it is really high in calories (by design?) and full of sugar
