Murder last night in Boulder

Boulder, Colorado suffers from a delusional form of denial when murders take place.

I live in Aurora, which usually leads the news every night with a murder. We're used to it.

Thread title: "Murder last night in Boulder"

OP says "It never happens in Boulder"

Either you or the article is lying. Which is it, huh? WHICH IS IT?

Take your semantic dishonesty and shove it up your ass. ...or are you actually saying you do not understand the concept of hyperbole? Either way, you're the only one who looks dumb here by digging your heels in over that.

Actually there was a double murder (or maybe it was a murder-suicide) last year off of Folsom and ..Mapleton? At the time I lived pretty close so it was creepy. But stuff like this does happen more often than you'd think.

Lol, it's true, Aurora has a pretty bad stigma for that. Running joke among my friends was that you better bring your bulletproof vest if you were going to A-town.

That's true. I actually only lived one block away at the time. For some reason I remembered it as just a robbery.

Yeah, I know this stuff does actually happen frequently, but it just kinda freaked me out this time, there hasn't been a murder around here where students from my college were involved the whole time I've gone to school here. And I was so close by. I dunno. I just hope they find the guy soon.
