It appears this guy is trolling immensely or is a psychopath.

I don't know what person who got away with murder would post something this stupid where everyone can see it.

I would think this would depend on their level of craziness. I have a particular distaste for odd numbers, so in the event I did stab someone, I would have to count, as an even number of stabs would be required, otherwise, I'd have to show up to the funeral and complete my work. =(
 
If it's true that guy is probably in custody now. The NSA probably knew about it before the post even got written to 4chan's database.

No shit! If your using Firefox or Pale Moon there is an add-on called greasemonkey and you can go to userscripts.org and maybe there is a script there that will make the site less BS looking.

I remember a few occurrences where and OP posted some kind of criminal activity, and the users were able to verify it and then send authorities to their house. I can't recall if it was as bad as murder. There was also a fairly famous thread where a guy was in France and inquired about how to smuggle a skull from the Catacombs of Paris back to the US. Let's just say the thread escalated to the point of the OP posting a picture of his dick in the eye socket of said skull.

This is Omegle, not 4chan.

4chan would never tolerate a hoax, in all honesty, your life would be better off if you did in fact kill the person as opposed to trying to fool 4-chan. They are legion.
