oh btw, regarding quality of living,
if you live in Northside Berkeley, your living a posh life in a nice suburban rolling hills of thick grass, rose gardens, and peaceful luxury apartments.

if you live in Southside Berkeley, the decaying mass of deceased homeless bodies strewn all over the ground provides a grim reminder of what life is like in the ghetto. A haven for the mentally insane to roam free admist a polluted city of cracking sidewalks and broken concrete 2-3 story structures.

Don't know anything about it. Although if memory serves correct, I do remember reading that the average death toll in berkeley is 5 or 8 ppl annually. Just in case you're surprised that someone died in berkeley.
