I don't really know if this belongs here but if anybody knows anything about Multisim and is willing to try to help me I would really appreciate it. We have to build a circuit involving a 74LS90 BCD counter, a 9368 or 14495-1 decoder/driver, and a 7 segment display. Multisim doesn't have the decoder that my professor is asking for and I was wondering if anybody knew if there is a subsititute I could use.

I've wired my circuit and everything using the 74LS47N chip instead of the decoder she gave us and all of my LEDs work. The only problem is that my 7-segment display doesn't... any suggestions?

I realize Multisim isn't exactly wonderful but like I said before, if anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

A decoder = either a mux or a demux (can't remember which) so you can use that as your decoder. Combine a few mux or demuxes and you can make the decoder as big as you want.

For your seven-segment display, you'll need someone to look over your circuit for you.. there's no way to troubleshoot without looking at the circuit itself!
