My birthday is coming up so I want to buy myself a bday present and I am looking to build a decent gaming/work PC for less than or around 500$. I live in the USA and newegg or compusa (even in stores) is my preferred retailer. I plan to slightly OC my system. I plan to build the PC ASAP, but realistically due to cash, probably in 2-3 months. If there is ANY reason to wait out another 3-5 months please let me know, I know bulldozer is coming out, but I doubt that it will be in my price range.
Requirements
-Able to run wow/sc2/d3/rfit/gw2 at max/med settings with decent fps.(CPU wise)
-Able to simultaneously run Adobe cs4 Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks at the same time.
-Able to use Dual monitors.
I have already picked out some things, but I am unsure of compatibility. Criticism is needed!

Processor CPU - Reviews say easily OCable.
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard - COMBO - Only mobo with decent reviews, but it skips ddr3 1600 compatibility, but I am assuming I will just have to OC it?
ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
Power Supply - COMBO - I assume 500w is enough, I do not know anything in the PSU catagory. Also will it have all the right plugs and enough of them for my setup?
CORSAIR Builder Series CMPSU-500CX 500W ATX12V v2.3 Active PFC Power Supply
Graphics Card - 5770 seams like the way to go for budget gaming. (are cheaper better cards out there?)
HIS H577FK1GD Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ Eyefinity
Case - I have a 77F ambient temp here in South Florida, pluss it looks cool.
Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Memory - Cheap, and fast enough for my processor I think.
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cd drive - random SATA one just to install windows.
Monitor a fat 21" one, but will upgrade to a nice 23" 1080p one once I get the money.

This is my first time using these forums, I have been using the website for reference as a while now, thanks in advance for any advice.

I would get this RAM instead. It is the same thing your is just clocked higher (you can do that for free) and has fancy looking heat spreaders (useless) That PSU isnt the best one but it will work just fine. And the 5770 looks like the best price vs performance atm. If you are overclocking you will need a heatsink (besides the stock) i would recommend the Coolermaster Hyper 212+

Looks fine to me. I wouldn't worry overly much about DDR3 1600 vs. DDR3 1333. It's something like a 2% difference in games. It'll likely be a 0% difference for you because you'll limited by your 5770 at 1080P anyway.

Seems pretty well balanced. Should give good bang-for-buck. 500W is plenty: you may be able to find a quality 400-430W unit instead.
