After i updated my bios on my gigabyte bxd mainborad and reinstalled windows 2000adserver
it automaticly detected my dual processor system and set it up as acpi multiprocessor , but
it manages to use 50 %
of my system resources after i have logged on
This cant be right !!

it worked fine when i configured the system myself with the older bios and set it up as multiprocessor kernel without advanced powermanagment support

ANy ideas ???
