Multiplier won't do x.5

I've got an Abit KT7-Raid (the best) motherboard and a 1G TBird unlocked. I've noticed that when I set the multiplier in SoftMenu3 to any setting with a .5 in it, and then F10 out, it always posts with the multiplier at a whole number, not the say 10.5 or 11.5 I chose. Any ideas what's going on... do I need a BIOS update already?😕

ya, you should get the latest bios, but thats not your problem. your tbird isnt unlocked right, try again.

No, it is unlocked. I did it myself with a mechanical pencil. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to set the multiplier to 'user define' in the BIOS at all.

It means that you did not connect the bridges well enough. If you connect some of the bridges, you will have access to some of the multipliers. However, if you do not do all of them correctly, you will lose some multipliers. Erase and try again.

I'll give it a try when I add my new peltier, my dog ate the last one before I could put it on! 🙁 Till then its just the water block.
