Step 4
Now you need the replacement 330 Ohm to 560 Ohm resistors. Position them on the motherboard, lining them up with the contact points. Hold them down and solder each leg of the block resister to the contact pad. A magnifying glass will help here. Make sure, that none of the connections on the resistor is shortened. .

does anyone already did this ? what 330 resistor is it talking about ? does anyone know ?

and as a easy way, is there any way to make it throught the setup ?

You can buy a Golden Socket device to change the multiplier on boards like the A7M266 that do not allow multiplier changes...it's kinda steep though... :(

If you really decide you might want to get one, I have one here that I could part with if you can't find a good price online... Good luck. :)

i really i'd like to get one ... but i'm far away ... i'm talking from Brasil ... so makes it a bit more difficult ...

I really never heard about his golden socket ... where could i read more about it ?
