Multiplier problem with EPOX-EP 8KTA2

I have my tbird unlocked via the pencil trick and with my epox mobo i can only get it to post saying the multiplier is 10 or 10.5 no matter what i put it at.

I set it at:

10.0 = 10.0
10.5 = 10.5
11.0 = 10.0
11.5 = 10.5
12.0 = 10.0
12.5 = 10.5

BTW it works correclty with my asus A7V so i did the unlocking right.

Are you using the latest Bios?

yes the lastest bios did not fix it

Hmmmm, it is strange... It is usually a typical situation if the Cpu unlocking wasnt done properly. But since it works on the A7V, it couldnt be that?

Have you tried setting the multiplier @ 10.5 and upping the FSB bus speed to 105Mhz?
Maybe the problem will be fixed with a future Bios update.
