Multiple wireless routers, same network

Anubis

No Lifer
What do i have to do to make this work? i currently have 3 routers chained together 2 of which are wireless. Currently i only broadcast one 1 of them.

ID like to turn both on to increase the coverage in my house, I tried just enabling the 2nd routers wireless broadcast and naming the network the same but that didn't seem to work. my devices see 2 different networks with the same name

im sure im missing something stupidly simple

routers are both Linksys WRT54G routers

Check ddwrt's website and check the version number of your wrt54g. If it's compatible then I'd say go with ddwrt and disable the router and dhcp and only use it for wireless.
