I wanted to setup a video monitering system on a PC. Just wondering if it's possiable to connect say 4 or more webcams to a single machine through a USB hub. How would the drivers / software handle it? Would it be possiable with the same model of webcam so they just use the same driver or would it be better to use all different ones so drivers don't conflict. What about the software side of things? Would it be able to display simultaneous feeds from all the webcams or would I have to open up multiple instances of the same application?
