Multiple users / Applications in XP

What if you have machines in say..a classroom setting , that they use Microsoft Office with, and everytime a different student logs on to the machine, it requires input for information. Same thing happens with Netscape 7, it asks to build a profile for each student. Is there any way to alleviate this problem?
