Basically the only grudge I had against Opera was that I could not set up multiple user profiles. I came across this link totally by chance while browsing the Opera help page looking for something else, but I was extremely delighted that I did!
Someone on an Opera Newsgroup made a little utility that allows you to make multiple profiles in a snap, you can either use the settings you already have for the new profiles or you can go with blank mail/bookmark/contacts settings. As far as I can tell the profiles have to be located within the Opera directory, but the program creates a Profiles subfolder, and then another subfolder for your new profile. I tried moving this folder to my Documents and Settings folder (I use Win2k) but did not succeed. There might be a way to do it though, I just have not found it yet. But I just changed the security settings for the subfolder within the profiles folder to protect my private information, which pretty much achieved the same goal for me.
Anyway, if you want to use Opera but stayed away from it because of the lack of multi-user support, here is the solution!!! Go here to check it out!
