Multiple TV capture system

I would like to setup a system which can capture 3 sources at once. I assume that this will require a fairly high powered system with 3 TV capture cards in it. The server I have for this is a Compaq ML370 with dual 1gb procs, 1gb ram, 5300 array controller and 6-72gb 10k hard drives in a raid 5 config. This gives me approxamately 375gb of video storage space. I also have a 1gb fiber network so watching the captures on remote systems shouldn't be a problem. However, one constraint I do have is that the cards need to be PCI 33 or 66 based as the server doesn't have AGP slots. So my questions are:

Is this even possible? If so, what cards should I use? Any other recommendations?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Very strange!

I just found this site a minute ago.

If you can afford it, maybe you can use 3 WinTV-PVR cards with a built in hardware encoder. That'll take some stress off of the CPUs.
