Multiple Parts Upgrade

I recently purchased a Radeon 9800 pro and I've decided that its time to give my system an upgrade to match it.
I am planning on replacing:

1. Motherboard
2. CPU
3. RAM

I don't want to go too overboard

Has anyone got any suggestions?
